Joymax is the original creater of the IP, I doubt they'd loose rights to their own creation

I highly doubt this, why?
-Joymax licensed a pathing engine (in their own name, you can't simply license it for another company) for a project named SRO2 (this would be quite useless for a mobile game)
-If they'd give development to another company they'd:
*Give it to another Korean company (copyright in China?)
*They publish it under their own name, or there would be atleast remarks of joymax on the new site
So all combined, I highly doubt that this is sro2, or if it's even remotely affiliated with silkroad/joymax
