everything is working but not sr_gameserver saying that it Cert or something like that

When i open silkroad.exe then i got this :

i have a noob question, i run my server but i have some Question and i hope if i get answer :)

1- i can't login by Account [GM] from other Computer.
2- i need to know how to let my friend login game without setup hamachi.
3- when i make my friend [GM] Too he can't login game but when i remove [GM] rights
he can login game
4- in NPC Weapon D11 and D10 i can't buy this items !!
5- if i need add d12 it's easy or hard !!

I have the windows 7 Ultimate x86

OK to my all works perfect but i have a problem whit SrGameServer.

When GameServer load completely appears a error about RunTime

Any one knows how to fix it?

I don't see any error now just right click on GateWayServer in SMC and on "Shard" or GameServer in SMC too and press Start Service them you can enter in your server ^^

Got another error.
