yea and that should be changed!

Looking in the future I think this "low" rates are going to make new players leave because there won't be that much partys anymore and they will leave before reaching the Cap.

I accept both EU and CH chars in my parties, everyone can do something. You should either find a guild or go solo. If your guildies won't let you in parties because you're CH, leave that guild.

Sadly not, its not possible to merge the mastery level of 2 masteries =(

Most of guild have their 8/8 party setted up already. And when somebody is playing 2 days and he's example 90(as china) he won't find any pt. I am 96 nuker and getting like 1-2 lvls per hour(not sure it's around 0.24% per mob), now maybe it's not any problem but when i will be higher i will have to start botting or play by hand and reach 125 in 1-2 months...

True ... The stone drop rate should be 50x more than now

Int and Str stones drop less than other stones, it's always been like that. I think that even in the file, the drop rate for Str and Int stones is 2 times lower than the rate for the rest of the stones. That's what makes them expensive. And admit it, Str and Int are the most valuable blues.

Well, that does seem kinda low.
