For example, downloading RXPGuides-4.11.21 from curseforge showed me that someone put a significant amount of guides in the Classic-0.5.lua file and the Deathknight.lua file of the AddOn hosted in post #1 of this thread. They appear to be in the same format with no obvious code obfuscation, so this just tells me that either these guides were somehow decoded to be in such a format, or they were just merely pasted into different files than one would expect. Perhaps there is some sort of BattleTag validator that is done and by appending the guides to these particular files, someone gets around this. Again, merely curiosity and an unwillingness to spend $50 perhaps unnecessarily.

People are often unwilling to explain what they have done, what software they are using, or how they installed it. Yet they expect others to understand their setup and identify the problem without being given any relevant information.
Once they get what they want, however, they have very little to say.
In this case, the issue appears to stem from their own actions. Rather than verifying whether the file was compatible with the software they were using, considering an alternative, or confirming that the installation had been completed correctly, they chose to blame the file itself.
There also seems to be a reluctance to pay for the guides, despite the fact that those guides appear to provide considerably more value and assistance than is being acknowledged.
Ultimately, there are two practical options:
1. Purchase the guides and make use of the information and support they provide.
2. Take responsibility for the installation by ensuring that the software is compatible, the correct procedures are followed, and everything is configured properly.
Calling it curiosity does not change the situation. Genuine curiosity involves taking the initiative to investigate, learn, and work through the process independently. If the intention were truly to explore and understand how everything works, there would be an effort to develop a guide or find a solution rather than simply blaming the provided files.

As I mentioned previously, I developed a beta add-on designed to load Dugi, Zygor, and RestedXP (RXP) guides. The add-on was also intended to track your in-game activities, generate a guide based on your gameplay, and allow you to optimize that guide to suit your needs.
However, when I asked beta testers for feedback, the response I received was simply, “RXP only.”
Given the lack of interest in supporting anything beyond RXP, I ultimately abandoned the project.
The intention was to create something more versatile than a conventional guide loader: an add-on that could accommodate multiple guide systems while also generating personalized, optimizable guides based on the player’s own actions. Unfortunately, without sufficient interest or meaningful feedback from testers, there was little incentive to continue development.
