also one question.

I tried to rebalance the Defence in the Database (by raising the Def of the armors due to the chars not having a base defence value) I already changed ALL 16.000 entrys in alle 4 item databases. (Items , Itemdata, Chinesse_Items and Kopie van Items) ( i changed the minphydef maxphydef minmagdef and maxmagdef tables, multiplied all of them with 10) but all this didnt affect the game at all and all armors still have their base stats :S do i have to change anything else?

it "was" a good server for people that dont have the newest version because the projekt died for public.

The project was never in public -.-. You have it, because of crack. Now pax won't do this mistake.

is somebody still working on this emu?when will be updated to work "A" functions and drugs,returns,guilds,academys?this is all what we need fast

Make sure your ip in the loader is the same as your ip in the config.ini from your server.
