Is it normal that Virustotal detect A LOT of viruses in the new version? (With the Old version Virustotal doesnt detect anything)

It drives me crazy... the bot don't click "play" in launcher wtf.
i switched lang to english, i have a resolution higher than required (tried others, have a widescreen) (1920x1200 recommended) - client got the right settings borderless 1024x768... but who cares if it fails at the launcher? What can I do - pls help

edit: newest version, never used before.

is there any way to get old bot work again? It tells me that it's outdated. Mb I should add something in hosts file? Tnx.
