I should have recognized the account name from some of your earlier issues trying to create an account. Well your image says that there is a database error that has to do with your hide equipment flag. Specifically the smp_update_character_hide_equip_flag You may want to look into that smp or simply try to undo any changes you made to your characters hiding equipment until you figure out what you broke. The hide_equip_flag is a column that can be adjusted in the dbo.Character tables, try putting a 0 in there for all until you figure out what went wrong with the flag or the smp.
