I have the Problem that i dont have Guides, just the free Guides

Can I ask why you do not say how you installed it and if you took the latest file.

Well depends what you extracted it with and if it is the latest file.

yes 100% sure download latest version and put it in the addon folder. But in the end i dont have Guides xD

So you do not say what you extracted it.
If you deleted all the files that relate to the addon.

I can confirm. I downloaded the most recent files and just copy/replaced them with the existing addon files and then it only showed the free guides. I then completely removed all existing restedXP addon files and placed the newly downloaded in there and it works perfectly showing all guides.

So you do not say what you extracted it with.
You can confirm you deleted the saved varibles for the addon.
Then it that is correct, it would work.

Thank you for uploading these constantly. With respect to 10/9/2026, the RXP discord stated they released the guide that includes 1-35 for Forever in conjunction with the release of the AddOn version 4.11.21.

I downloaded your .rar of 4.11.21 from the filehost link in post 1 of this thread. I completely purged the RXPGuides folder from my AddOns folder. I removed all instances of RXPGuides from the WTF/SavedVariables folder.

When I inspect the Guides folder within RXPGuides folder in the AddOns, I do not see anything beyond level 22. In the parent Guides directory there is no .lua file that goes higher than 23. Within the Forever subfile of Guides, there is also no .lua that goes above 22. Their self-admitted WIP dungeon guide, presumably located within the Dungeon folder, also does not go above 22.

Is this correct? Your graciously uploaded 4.11.21 rar doesn't have the newly released guide from 10/9/26 that goes to 35 (30)?

If you feel the need to inspect the file yourself, it suggests that you do not fully trust the information provided. In that case, perhaps the best option would be to purchase your own guides.

Just because the content is not labelled exactly as you expect does not mean it is not there.

What I find interesting is that people often claim the content is missing, yet they are reluctant to disclose which software they used to extract it or whether they are using the latest version.

There is a reason I raise this point. Some people use incompatible software, outdated versions, or simply fail to try alternative tools. However, when asked about their methods, they often leave out these details.

Without knowing which software was used and whether it is up to date, it is difficult to determine whether the issue lies with the file itself or with the tools being used to access it.

If the argument is about what makes a guide a guide, why focus specifically on paid guides and the Forever Guide? Your reasoning seems contradictory.

7-Zip is an option, and if the file appears to be missing, check whether it has been fully extracted and installed correctly before blaming the file. It works for other users, so the issue may be with the installation process.

I put considerable time and effort into making these resources available. If you encounter a problem, troubleshoot it first rather than immediately blaming the files. If you prefer not to use the provided guides, you are welcome to purchase and import your own.

I am happy to address genuine issues, but criticism should be based on proper checks rather than assumptions. If it works for others and the problem is resolved by installing it correctly, that should be acknowledged too.

Did you previously have the add-on installed?
What tool or method did you use to extract it?
Did you delete all the files associated with the add-on?

At the moment, you're only saying that it doesn't work, without providing the necessary details for me to understand the issue. Please provide clear answers to these questions so I can properly assess the situation rather than having to guess.
