not 100% sure but since all the IPs dc you ...
yesterday when an ip was down appeared a new one with errors like inspection at beginning,C9 etc ... but if you succeded the connection in the ingame world ... there was no DC for a few hours ... atleast for me ...

nah dont think so it's because of ip just server dont accept ip and you geting dc 2late you must getit in login screen but since you pc is fast you get in game and get dc

the database is from an old version of chinese silkroad (cSRO) with updated features like lvl cap increase and rockmountain ... (they where too lasy too add the skills -.-) ...
