I just got banned with error 229 on day 11 of using the cheat. I didn’t use aimbot or kill PMCs—I only used radar to avoid players and a loot finder to complete some quests.
Question: Is this a hardware ban or just an account ban? If I try to log in with a new account on the same PC, will it get banned immediately?

Sorry to hear about your ban. From the way you asked your questions, it seems you might be fairly new to this scene, and I know how frustrating this is.

Desync has been running undetected for a long time and has a large, active user base, and we receive very few ban reports from our active users (we have a very high proportion of active customers). However, that does not mean bans never happen. When using our cheat, did you enable our built-in spoofer? If Yes and your hardware ban history is clean, you will not get banned again while playing legitimately. In other scenarios your new account will get banned again.

I checked your past messages on website chat and saw that you asked quite basic setup questions in chat (even things that only require very simple PC skills, like how to open Windows settings). Despite that, our support team treated you politely and patiently. I’m genuinely sorry for your experience. We have many vouched customers and provide documentation in multiple languages; external setups are usually smooth, but issues can still occur.

Please open a support ticket with any error logs or screenshots you have and we’ll recheck your case. You can also contact live support for a faster review.

Been using Kernaim for 2 months now and it’s by far the most reliable distributor I have been with. I will continue to support them until I am given a reason otherwise

If you're having issues, please make a ticket in our Discord and I can check what happened. I'd imagine it's playstyle related, though. Also ensure you're not using 3rd party spoofers alongside our product.

Decided to give it a try before buying a month.
Loader seller provided downloads 0kb file, which is obviously doesn't works.
Seller admitted product doesn't works for a long time, while keeping it as "undetected" in store - basically collecting money for non-existing product.

When I've asked for a refund, he vanished and ignored me for 3 days straight before spitting "we don'tr refund its in the rules", basically failing to provide product and keeping the money for himself.
