This has nothing to do with nazis, I really don't see the corelation between the belgian flag, a polandball comic and nazism? You can say the belgian flag is quite the opposite of any nazi symbol ;)

But, if the rules aren't enforced properly, you'll find the community slowly begin to think that they don't have any to follow.

There is a big difference between applying rules that actually matter and deleting posts because it 'can end up in an argument'. Arguments are what drives a forum, if elitepvpers solely existed to spread hacks and bots, it wouldn't be running vBulletin, but it would be a download site or a torrent tracker.
