[Release] Grepolis 2 bot

Do you have the setting “Auto Pause” enabled? With this setting the bot is paused as soon as you use the browser tab.

Ingame error in updateTAMInfoResponse(): Ein interner Fehler ist aufgetreten!
The above error is caused by an old server request, but the bot will just continue with the other requests when this happens. It will not pause the bot.

Auto Pause isnt enabled. It look like the Bot crashed when the time stopped. No farming and no building queue after that.
I have download it three times. Every version the same problem.
Its the new world Byllis. Maybe problem with that?

The new version fixes some problems caused by an old Grepolis request that has been removed. Maybe it fixes your problem.

New version still doesnt work :(
After 10-15 minutes the bot crashed.

Is there any preferences or programm that is have to install before the bot?

Is it still the timer that stops or do you actually get a crash report from windows? If so, what is the error message?

Also any new error messages in debug.txt?

The only requirements are:
.NET Framework 3.5
Up to date version of IE

Its the program that crashed. Windows doesnt give a message.

1) I start the bot
2) Login
3) First update
4) i setup farmers und building queue
5) second update, farmers go active
6) after the next 1-2 updates the timers stopped
7) 2 minutes later the bot crashed and i cant click anything and must shut down the program

Ive tried dont use the browser. same crash.

In the new version the debug.txt said nothing.

Could you check your amount of free memory when the bot stops working?
You need to check the amount of free memory before closing the bot.

Do you meen RAM memory or HDD memory?
Both is much avalible. RAM is used 2,5 of 8 GB. Still when it crashed.
HDD over 12 GB free. Still when it crashed.

I meant RAM, but you have more than enough. 12 GB of HDD space could be a problem when "output all mode" is enabled, but not within 10-15 minutes (Would take a number of days depending on the amount of towns you have).

Do you have another pc/laptop you can test it on, might be another (security) program that is interfering with the bot.

I have tried to deactivate all security programs.
I dont have another pc. Only mac.

Now windows gives me an error message:

I found some examples online of those files, they are some general crash files generated by Windows. But looking at those files they are not very useful for me to locate the problem. So it is not really a problem you don't have them.

Also I looked at your bot folder but you are not missing any files.

I have currently no idea why it is not working for you.

Your bot is great and you doing good job! Thanks Utharnl. And its good thing that you give sources too. People can use them for learning purposes. Its hard to use those httprequests in proper way. Maybe you have base code for requests? For example grepolis bot but without all other code which gathers information and posts info..

Also, what difference between your first bot version and second one? httprequests are used same way and you use same funcs for it? But in 2nd version you remade gui and added more functions?

The first Grepolis bot is already some years ago, but I did use httprequests in the same way. The biggest difference is that the Grepolis 2 bot synchronises the browser tab with the httprequests. Because of this you still have a browser when the bot is running.
