The new upload sites don’t seem to be working properly for me, and honestly, I don’t understand why. When I click “Download,” it just keeps loading for a long time and the file doesn’t download. So the file host does not work for you.
You also do not use the magnet link

The old upload sites over 120 of them that everyone had an issue with.
Want privacy and do not want their ISP knowing what they download. But do not want to use a VPN.
Do not want ads, but do not want to block them.
Do not want to get around restrictions with a VPN
Wants 1 file, but wants to download a whole directory for 1 file. Then complain that the free file host is paid.
Instead of downloading the file. They want the archive added again into another zip. So when they extract to addons. What is extracted is the actual .rar file. Then they claim the addon does not work.

The list goes on.

Just FYI for anyone that wants to know, RXP does work for the Forever Beta but with a few quest changes im sure it'll need updating by the original creators eventually to incorporate the new quests

Don't think that's going to happen. They are tying the profile string to your battlenet account now. So if I gave you mine then you would get:

“Licensed to a different Battle.net account” — you are on a different account than the BattleTag you saved.

you think this cant be changed in the profile?

We have cracked rested and other stuff, I trust in the community we can gather this profile

i installed the free lv20 one through curse forge (v4.11.7 0/1). its working well and has *some* new quests worked in already.

i'll try your posted version and see if its any different

You installed the free version.
The only available is 1-20
So why would the same be different?

People keep on dming for 1-60, can they use it? No. Is it out? No. But they keep on asking for whar does not even exist.
