when you start shardmanager, you have to wait till that "Cert" is gone from the monitor. after it you can start gameserver, and you have to wait again, till Cert gone. After it you can start others, and start services.

yeah i know but, in the event log appears "DB connection failed" is that normal? cuz it does nothing at all after w8ing

Check this arguments in config files :

line: query=DRIVER={SQL Server};SERVER=MYUSER\SQLEXPRESS01;DSN=SRO_VT_ACCOUNT;UID=sa;PWD=PASSWORD;

You must use computer name or IP not a User.

SERVER=MYUSER\SQLEXPRESS01; -> SERVER=PC_Name\SQLEXPRESS;(or SERVER=.\SQLEXPRESS; if you start Cert and SQL on same PC)

Check and make correction in all files.

Probably ur char is in DISABLED region.Check _RefRegionBindAssocServer Table.CHINA must be set 1 (Enabled) Don't forget to execute this command after corrections(run as sql query SQL Management Studio)
