You can find the download on the C.O.W.S v4 Forums

If you run the install it installs a whole new client. There for you can use your orignal client for conquer online still.

for some reason it wont let me install it takes a while to load but it wont install

How come the accout creation does not work?

please upload it to zero/some good host....when i try do dw it,it crashes about 60%...ty

erm does this server have @commands (i dont really care for the lvl since with the @commands it would be fast lvling anyways)
