When i press x or s it wont stop or pause is this just me or other people are having this problem?

okay heres my problem When i Open the File named TQprogram(emulator) I get a message that says

1. Open Emulator then click OK to continue
2. Press Start on the next screen to start the App. then You can close the Emulator.


So I click ok to continue then nothing happens...
