I hope the odds of getting SOX items are practically 0 because it is the strongest item in the game and there is no PC limit. And restrict farmed sox, thus increasing the lifetime of this server.

everything i've read so far(counting in some adjustments from the comments i've read) sounds great - but i think i've read that u'll increase the cap - which overall is a fine idea to keep it interesting, but as u said urself, 9d cap is what ppl loved most, so IF u keep the cap increasing from 8-11dg, which i think may end up actually being cool, it should take like 5month for each new cap to be released, so that everyone can get fully geared at the current cap and do jobbing, pvp etc(jobbing should also reward u with a weapon of the highest power level(sun?) ), so that job war gets pushed actively and that playing actively gets u a reward worth "working" for -> your best possible weapon - like it was on devias/elamidas, two of the most popular pservers.

so either keep it a full out 90cap server OR make each cap last for ~5month, cuz except for the insane donators, no one will be fully geared before 2(-3)month in and then have 1(-2)month to play with their gear before next cap releases. u might also remove sun OR fix it balance wise like all good pservers did :)

really looking forward, hope the playerbase and everything else works out, seems great that u take suggestions into account so far

*edit: a pc limit of 2-3(rather 2) should be helpful to not have 10.000goldbots just grind out and flood the server with SoX, ruining the experience

server look really nice but pc limit 2-3 will make it perfect, unlimited no like gm it sck sorry my bad english
