IP Limit is not working, people can login 30+acc without problems

i have 2 advice for u if u want to take them
1 - enable log in the filter itself for every process that happens
2 - enable clearing the logs that appear :D

* Introduction:
Do you think NaviFilter has died? that's not true, we came back with a huge update.. people thought navi has died and started building their own / using new filters and whatnot, but I wanna let you know that there are a lot of users still using / waiting for Navi's new update, 2 months without any updates server owners are still in contact with me asking for it.
the new version will come out soon, look forward to it. i have recoded the whole thing, and I am excited to release it.

Navifilter has been online for more than 4 months. it was used on servers with huge player bases and a total of 3500+ online players with 0 delays.

And what about your closed account on paypal , and ppl whose already paied you and didnt get what they pay for ,, i know ( 2 customers already did a refund for there money ) and im surr you will come with new paypal account seeking for more ... sorry mohamed but fix yout old issues ..

They are already received their license, well i don't care about paypal any more i won't use it as payment method after now.. and about refunding there is no one have refund , i just have requested them to make refund to using another payment method since i can't use this money on paypal within 6 months :)
