It shouldn't use 80% of the cpu load while paused anyway as it's supposed to do nothing in that state? I just would like to understand whats causing it .. memory reads without delays between the cycles? Even HOTS with all background tasks and it's graphic engine isn't utilizing that much cpu load.

You managed it to make your program immune against most of these tools in some way. Maybe the window title gets continuously resetted?! Didn't had the time to look into it yet.
To be more precise about this at all.. changing the window title alone is just half the way. To make it clean you might need to add a small loader which randomly renames the core executable file/process name before it's loaded. Also I would highly suggest to prevent using the string "Bot" anywhere in your program (BotBase -> BBase and so on..).
