+13 no adv is the max for all items, if you see someone with +14 no adv, itg will be +13 again if he teleports or relogs.

There is a Item in the Item Mall which gives the pet 4 pages.

The Reverse cd is 5 minutes because of the trades, thieves should not come back every time directly after they died - traders and hunters also not.
