Also, why does Anonymous* have a green ship, hits harder than everyone else, his speed is faster than a full speed vengie and he doesn't loose lock when you use EMP... It's VERY annoying how you would give someone this advantage, even if he paid...

Mysql has nothing to do with the vps. It is about the configuration.
