nvm hey but the other thing is that when i launch grandchase it says failed to set data for preCE HELP PLEASE

you may have used the engine the wrong way...

first run mle1348.exe

just then run radicalengine.exe

don't close the mle1348 yet

now launch your gc client...

while gc is loading...

close mle1348...

that's it...

yes, when you run mle1348 for the first time...

you will be ask if you want to run kernel retriever blah blah blah...

you can press yes but i suggest you press no...

i did as you said but when i stat grand chase Radical Engine sends an error saying failed to set data for 'preCE' Is there any fix to this ??
