The AOE and range doesnt seem to work or is there a special ways of getting it to work, also what does the GM do in nation and also GM=0 ?

Try to push the AOE Button if you insert a number. The GM=0 is to clean ur hacks, if you see a gm or a player you want to hide ur cheat. And GM is, you can see the color of gm ..
