Started levelling at level 18 on 4/02, and was promised a deliver between 5-7 days. Today, 14/02 (10 days), it is still 28. Holding my review until it ends, but it is definetly taking more time than expected.

if you read the first post you found out that was normal to have delay.. since I was on vacations this week.

From 02/07 to 02/19 it's only level 23 and there is no activity on the account since 3 days. Is everything normal ? 12 days already plus the referals ?

My account is on EUW, Lvl 11 currently, how long would it take to get this account to lvl 30?

Also I'm living in Switzerland, which means that I'm not able to buy € Paysafes but 25,75 or 150 Swiss Franc Paysafes. (25 CHF ~ 22€).

There are 124 RP available on the account, which means buying the XP Boost should be no problem. Is it still true that I'll have 40k IP when the Powerleveling is done?

I could say around 5-6 days to put at lvl 30. This is the avarage time.

120 RP its what I really need so its ok. You can do trade request.

I will only spent 20e, so in the end will be a rest of money on the PSC for nothing because you can't use it basically for nothing. If that is 2,5€ extra I can put in your acc 400 rp with paypal.
