Ok, I done that I changed all ips...in the data pack dno how much...too much^^... but its the same as always...I started all...tried to connecto...come to login screen...wrote login datas...and got: cant connect to the server...Quote:

something i just noticed and wonder if anyone else who got this running has this happening 2. when i run the client it changes the start page of my internet explorer to a blank page? why would it do this?

I dont know what I can do :(....I done all things...reeinstalled...got sql server working with sp4...restored the database with the .bacs...
reeinstalled server...reeinstalled client...tried it on my local computer...tried it on VM ware 6.5 with windows xp home sp2....everytime I found the server and clicked connect...but at the login screen I got as ever : cannot connect to the server....
