If you tested it and can say its still working then maybe^^
But Nubothelper has much more option than just simple keypressing, thats why it shouldnt work anymore.
I can only remeber when i tried it last 1 year ago it didnt worked anymore, it always crashed with and error, that i cannot remember anymore, when you tried to start it.

I have used it for the last 6 months to call Natural Therapy to protect my newbs.
Still functions, and it will function forever, it is independent of the silkroad version.
