Sharing my experience with Omdi. So I bought the cheat on day ONE for public release, paid 75$, which at the time I did not mind as it was advertised as a premium product stating that its UD. I got banned on the first login while playing for about 4 hours straight, I did not use aimbot as it was not even working(activated) at the time, so lets put that out that the product advertised was not even fully functional when the sales start despite the high price, nor it was anywhere mentioned that some of the stuff is not working. I kindly asked Omdi for refund as the product did not deliver for what it was advertised for, Omdi agrred to give me a refund, so I gave him all the details for transaction to be done. Well its been almost a month now and I still did not receive anything back from him.

I had a "HYPERVISOR_x2001" error and tried all the fixes they told me to do. Even after all of that, they still wouldn’t issue a refund.

After i tried updating bios, tweaking various bios settings, turning off EXPO, and a million other things they told me to do, Xerpal FINALLY agreed to give me a refund.

When I came back after 3 days (their website was down, so I couldn’t access my key), I sent the key in the ticket chat, and then Xerpal and the rest of the support team stopped responding.

Their “no refunds for partial or unused subscriptions” policy is completely unfair, especially when the software is unusable from the start.

The "support" takes anywhere from 5-24 hours to get a message back to you, despite multiple staff members being online. I paid $30 for a week that I can't even use, despite meeting the requirements. I don´t see how the user is eligible for a refund, this is like if you have to issue refunds for every person who got banned from using your cheat, that is just dumb, we all know what we sign up for when cheating in an online video game.Quote:

If you have a policy that states no refunds, well then that´s it, no refunds, simply tell them right off the bat, i also don´t understand people requesting refunds on non tangible products on a not very ethical bussiness, if you spend a single dime on cheating software then that is it, you either use it, enjoy it or lose it, i don´t remember one time i asked for a refund from a provider and i have been using cheats since 2012, once i couldn´t make GCaimx cheat to work and simply moved on to ACD which it was basically the same thing but ACD did work on my pc, case closed, if on a budget, don´t spend money on cheating software :D:D:D:DQuote:

Your ticket was simply lost in the large volume of requests, and since the staff had already provided you with a working fix, there wasn’t anything more we could do on our side except let you apply the solution we gave you.

Also he is the only one i see at least on this board reporting a ban, most people praising Omdis after it came back from the dtc, so idk.
Bottom line is, in my eyes omdis´s rep is not damaged at all just by not refunding this user, either way he should´ve refused to refund from the get go, you buy a cheat, you use a cheat, you get banned, what am i missing here?? it is gonna happen sooner than later unless you are on DMA (that is why i got one :D)
