When everyone wants something different we prefer to create polls, personally I don't like zerk on job. I would remove it completely but got to respect the poll.

I voted 5 hours, but 2 hours is the ideal cool down I would say.

Dude... as I said for me the ideal is to have it completely removed. When poll was running I was announcing it on the game so people could go and vote...
