Hey guys, I’m honestly a complete beginner and I really have no idea how to do this properly.

I’d like to create a 1–70 guide for RestedXP, but I don’t really understand how the whole process works.

Could someone please explain it to me step by step, as clearly and specifically as possible? Like exactly what I need to download, where I need to put or paste the files/code, and how everything works.

I’d really appreciate some help.

Yeah, 23:00 yesterday on his discord "The first 12.1 update is now live, and it's massive! ". The one uploaded is from 11/08

Well, I know that is not true because the one I uploaded yesterday is the big update.

So my issue is.

People keep saying update update update
But do they check what is uploaded?
No. They just say is to update when it is already there.

I did not use the file and is currently provided by someone. They know I just do what I do.

So it would make people a lot easier if I check what is uploaded first before asking for an update that is already there.

The mediafire links says "Uploaded: 2026-08-12 07:10:28". Downloaded the file anyway maybe whoever uploaded it kept same name, changelog.md is still 11/08

maybe naowh's announcement is referring to the 11th then? idk

Well 11th was the big update for the patch.
The next update is hardly anything.

The Curse of Ula’tek
- Fixed guide waypoints and added some rp timers.
- Added all content for The Battle of Atal’Utek.
- Added a new Dailies & Events section has timers and waypoints. (Beta)
- Added three new Delves:
- Ring of Glory
- Gnarldor Isle
- Venomfall Deeps (Nemesis)
- Added all 11 new Dragonriding Glyphs.
- Fixed automatic flight paths in the newly added guides.
- Optimized addon memory usage for improved performance let it load once for like 20s then /reload for all versions of wow.

Edit: Fixed guide loading for horde.
