it's just the injector of IM ....

Just turn off your AV until the log in screen....

Yep. Many hacks hide there. But if you scan your pc constantly, don't download shady programs and have a good AV that won't happen.

Error 32 solution is to rename the IM.exe into something else like 982734.exe.
Both before starting the IM and after in the Task Manager.
