simple answer, the REF page only updates 1 time per day. Don't know the time but only 1 change everyday.

To reedem some prizes could take up to 72h to get them.. and not always page it's available.

So what you must make sure is that the accounts you create have the right ref link and show up as lvl 1 on the page in the list.

When to make sure? After one day or after 10 minutes for that lvl 1?
