hi all i have this problem , bot and silkroad its loaded but i have error runtime , i turned my localization for US and nothing ;/ look in this picture and pm what should do now !

go to region language and change all language to English(US) then restart pc.

Got it working.
On win7 Do wht he said,Than go to Administrative->Change systam locale...->English(United States)
Its at the same place where u change ur Formats, Location At Region and Language
