imo crusader - its not perfect and idk if gadget esp still is not fixed but the cheat works decently and price is fair; but the state of r6 cheats (especially 1pc) has been shit for some time

Same can only recommend crusader as well for R6S rn. game doesnt do hwid ban anyway

I'm unsure if there's an ESP only provider at the moment. That said, yes. As long as the product stays UD - and you're not tracing people through walls (goot at closeting) you'll be fine.
