You are correct

Era is not Wrath
Classic mop is not Wrath
TBC is not Wrath
Midnight is not Wrath.

hello is resxp compatable on tbc aniversary? also do i just copy the downloaded rar into wow addon folder ?

No, like all addons you extract to the addon folder.

A addon cannot run from an archive

So i just extact the downloaded files to wow addon folder and im good to go on tbc anniversary ?

Why would it be asking too much?

You can get that from Curseforge.
Then just copy out the guides folder from file to your addon and overwrite.

You can do that with any version you prefer.

I'm using version 1.14.2 to play on Kronus V.
I did that. Before installing, I also deleted the restexp files in the WTF folder. I did what you said and it loads in the addons tab. But it doesn't open.
