last week i made several +9 items and also a +10 wepaon.... im on about now, today and also yesterday. It's also not just me who has wasted a lot of time and gold/ silk on trying to get +9 in the last 2 days, so no, they are not the same, cant be.
Also "just bad luck" doesn't repeat itself 1000 times =)

I made +9 ring yesterday. Stop talking about the dmn alchemy rate, they dont change it once its opened.

And what about the int champion? Will that be tomorrow aswell?

I'll stop talking about it once someone who knows what they are talking about answers =)
And yes, servers do tend to change stuff once they open, as you would know if you had any idea =)

They never change alchemy rate, if they did change it, it would have to be a patch and they would have said it. Stop talking about stuff you dont know menz.

stop guessing alchemy rate if you dont have any evidence(I dont't think ur personal experience will be a good one) and dont guess ppl will think same answer as you imagine.

Not trying to be smart-ass nor to claim they did change the rate, however changing the alchemy rate does not require a client update, simply a server restart would do the work.

and I'm also not "guessing" that others think the same, I KNOW SO! otherwise i wouldn't mention it

Patch or restart, its still a restart when they do a patch ;)

smartass robjoh on the run with no idea of anything duh..
several people have wasted X amount of elixirs and silks so far and its not only 2 or 3 people that are wondering whats wrong.
and its not just a server restart when they patch the client, since they have to add the patch and people will have to update etc. a restart usually takes several seconds maybe a minute, adding a patch could take longer.
