You do not say if you had the addon before or not.

Here is my example.
People had the addon before and the addon and saved variables are set to free mode only. People then delete the addon and leave the saved variables. that locks it to free mode. Then they add paid guide and then wonders why it is in free mode because they do not delete the saved variables.

If people said, it does not have the full guides and I had the addon before. I would reply with. Delete the addon and delete the saved variables for the addon. Install the addon and all done.

But for some reason, people do not want to say they had the addon before or not. So had to say what the solution is, when I am not told the cause.

Yes, I had it before, I download it a few months ago. But it happens that I deleted it and reinstalled, and it stays with the same previous version and doesn't have the new one, meaning it doesn't have more guides beyond what ended. I can't continue with the guides. Sorry for the confusion.

So you had it before, no worries.
You deleted the addon and the saved variables for the addon?

I went to the add-ons folder, deleted the add-on folder,and curseforge too(I had the add-on when I was supposed to download Curse.) opened the game and the add-on was gone. I downloaded it again, extracted it and pasted it back in, opened the game and it now has version rxtxp 4.10.4.

So you have not deleted the saved variables for the addon that I keep on suggesting to do?

Well it is in the Wow folder
So you could have just searched for saved variables
Or just look for RXP and delete all files.

That means the software and the settings.

When it comes to an addon the software is the addon and the saved variables are the settings.

If both are not removed.
That is like using new software on old settings and it does not work.

Well seeing you do not say what one. I guess it is hard to say. Seeing each are different.

If you see most of them, they are addon profile imports.
