I think he wants some type of voucher since the server has been down a lot..

Can you estimate the time it will take for server to be up with working spacemap?

You should also have an update log so we know what has been updated and when :)

I've already released a voucher.
And it wasn't our fault that someone apparently felt the need to hack us, or at-least try to do so.

I had a date i need to stop in the middle of it, because of this mess. How fun do you think that was.
Running from the movie, to fix issues.
