You move it to system folder run it and it shows you the protocol.

My OOG is running fine now...but now the item and skill list all become chinese language.
I have chosen English, the L2walker menu is all in English.
But when I check the inventory / skill list everything is in Chinese, can anyone help?

@WaterFlyfire l2.protocol.bat doesn't work at all, the cmd just show least 1 second and disappear.

Like this. And it has to be l2.exe not l2bin. So rename it.
