Well Private server community has changed so far :D
i heard that mike protection wasn't applying ip limit as [2]
so if the new protection applying ip limit 2 would be great because there is no space in the server to login it takes around 15 minutes to login then we get random disconnects because of people trying to login
So if ip limit decreased to 2 you wont need to increase the server capacity [for now] i expect upcoming new players so with the time you'll collect money by donations then you can increase it later.
