That is actually set via launcher > /ghelp_url:"http://www.google.com"

1. Go to your Resource/Script dir in the server bin and open the on_login.lua.
2. Search for the function on_login(name) and add something like this.

Code:
add_state(id,lvl,time)
If you want to add more buffs you can add several add_buff lines for each buff you want to give on login.

Okay what serverfiles do you use and what client do you use? What SFrame do you use give us some more information because otherwise it's impossible to help...

btw now am downloading client 7.2 so ill try then ill tell you if the same problem happens again^.^
