make a + cap pl0x, every1 will be doing alchemy even if you down the alchemy rates. or delete the elixires, it is supposed to be a pvp server..

I have a question. are you going to add a + cap or not?
cuz even with low alchemy rate, ppl want the highest plus, and with a + cap, after reaching it, they will be pvping instead of doing alchemy ;]
