So then i started looking into it a bit more and found that people where having problem's with this ip connecting to there server's and pc's and in some case's got DOS attacked some worse then other's and most more then once even after blocking the ip another would try to connect so can you plz tell me how you got this ip and why your telling people to open a connection to it.

i needed it cuz when i tried to start the sro loader it saied error cuz there is no silk.dll
