Have you tried unlocking it more than once? When you've tried unlocking more than 10 times and you still have trouble, reboot your computer and do the whole process again. I've used this hack since the day it came out and i've had no trouble with it whatsoever so you shouldn't have problems yourself as I have the same OS as you.

I'll post a vid for a tut for moka's hack, but this time... I'll try to be hyperspecific for vista 32-bit users so they can use it like I do...
