So..I just called TQ myself lol...I used a program to talk because I didn't wanna :p

A woman answered and said "Thank you for calling netdragon.."(No accent either she was american omg :o!!!)

The program I used said "Hey dumbass, can you fix the damn servers already?" ...
She didn't understand it the first time so I got the program to repeat it and she said "Okay, all of the servers are down right now because there is a power outage in china.." and my program said ok and I hung up..

So...what REALLY happened ? lol

yeah its back up ppl and im currently on 3 chars...
*hint* at first it kept appearing with the message "connection with the server is interupted so i jst kept doing it for like 20 times and it let me on my first char after that for 2nd and 3rd char there was no more errors

it was back up then i lagged and servers went down again.. i guess

it is back..yay but for how long lol ..maint in like 3 hours ..
