Co2M8 Version 1.38 Is Now Out!

All functions will now work with version 5007 of the game client.
This includes HP and MP functions, Arrow reloader and Mining.

I am wanting to know how to make this work for a private server that has edited their client task bar name from the [Conquer2.0] and hasn't patched the client since 4535. I guessing that the patch part wouldn't really make a difference but I also think that CO2m8 can't find the correct client name on the task bar and there for doesn't know that there is a client logged in.

What I'm asking is just tell me where to make the edits to make CO2m8 work for a private server. I can do the edit myself ... I hope.

But I would like to thank you for an awesome program. I use/used it on CO for quite a while untill I quit CO. But now that I am playing on a private server I would like to get this to work with that server. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just add the new task bar names to the "Additional Client Title Names" box in the co2m8 global menu(the C button menu)

Ok I tried that after reading your reply and it kinda works. It allowed me to rename the title window to the character name, it also listed the client in the GUI but it won't work any F keys, zoom in/out, show me character info in the GUI, or anything other than renaming the client on the task bar. In the character config window the area name is listed like this ‰Hƒì‹Ô‹…@ùÿÿ‰, and the area number is -1962. And the GUI currently shows the character as dead but the character is alive in the tg working on fire.

Perhaps I need an older memory table? I believe the client I'm using is patched at 4538 or something around that.

does this work for 5007 above man?

Yes you need a different memeroy table to work with that one. You can find the one for 4356 here [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] It might work for you.

Thanks for trying but for some reason that memory table didn't work. I still have the same problem as above. The only thing that memory table changed was some of the text shown in the GUI for the clients listed.

EDIT: The client I am using is patched to 4351. So the last memory table on that thread is 4356. So I am guessing that is why it won't work. There is a listing of released memory tables and one on the list is 4351 but there is no download for that one.

Sorry I only just saw the request for 4351, the table has now been re-released in the UHF thread.

P.S Next time PM me for these kinds of requests its probably faster that way ;)

Thanks a lot for the re-release. I tried to piece a memory table file together from reading through the UHF thread. I got somethings to work but not the major stuff that I was wanting. This should fix my problem. Thanks again, if I could give karma I would but I'll hit the thanks button instead. :D

Hehe its my baby I wouldn't abandon it, even though the game itself is much less than it was; but thats beside the point.

Nice, I've used this a lot back in 5007.

Will we see an update here soon? I loved the mine thing.
