When I spoke to support, they told me it was because of the game's anti-cheat (but I'd never had any problems with other providers before). They also told me why I didn't activate the overlay (but I always had). That forced me to change providers. In conclusion, it's the best cheat I've ever used, considering all its features... you can see the love and dedication they've put into their project. It also has a wide variety of in-game features... as I said, it's the best cheat for Marvel Rivals. The problem is related to the frequent crashes it has. I hope they can fix that as soon as possible. By the way, I have a good PC. My last day with Eternal was October 4th.
