I bought a LIFETIME subscription from this seller 6 month ago and received the key through a Discord message (because after paying through Sellix, you don't receive the key automatically—you have to contact the seller through a Discord ticket on their server). After losing the key due to their Discord being deleted and my PC being formatted, I contacted the seller for help.
Their response was quick but rude and unhelpful, blaming me for the loss and eventually ignoring my messages. (It's been more than 48 hours without receiving a reply, even though they are clearly active and responding to other people. I even asked a friend to join and open a ticket to ask for product info, and guess what... He received a reply from the owner in less than an hour).
The poor customer service and unprofessional attitude make this a seller to avoid. I’ve attached a screenshot of our conversation so others can see how they handle customer issues.
