how do you know this is 100% and not false rumors giving everyone false hope..

I mean with how hard it is to get one of the other two popular radars id even pay for VMradar. if they under cut everyone they could be in for a big pay day. say 15-20Euro a month or something

when selling cheats 99% of the users are out. only a very very small percentage of gamers is willing to pay for cheats. and paying more than the game costs cuts me (and many more) out of the equasion.

Well as far as I am aware, DC (Netvortex) was the first and only person who has cracked PUBGs encryption and has an up and running radar. A public release could take weeks? months? days? Who knows? But while people are sat here pondering on "what ifs", why don't you apply that time to learn about coding/encryption/decryption, UE4s packet structures/pubgs classnames/sdks ect ect.

nope, at least we have xradar, a few russian projects and a dozen of chinese radars (on invites / slots) working through vpn
