There is NO discrimination intended. However we are aware of some countries which are NOT familiar with GMT timezone system. Hence our efforts in clarification. More and over, We prefer informing our exact information instead of having them searching and questioning, where out-sourced information might mislead.

Would it be possible for you to post the tool tips for the new wind skill tree. I won't have access to the beta but will be able to ascertain all the required information from the tool tips.
