Don’t write things with half-assed knowledge.

Server location might matter for being busted, but that’s never been the case. Rubinum got exposed for something else.

Paying taxes makes sense in Shoguns case because they’re taxing income and they don’t have to specifically declare how it’s being generated. Gameforge is never going to make a lawsuit about not having a license, it’s too expensive. There’s literally no reason to give someone a weak point with refusing to pay taxes.

If you’ve never had something to do with corporate tax then do yourself a favor and stop spreading wrong knowledge.

That means nothing. Your server is still illegal. There are a lot of things that you can say in court, like, "I'm not selling your game, I'm selling my items that don't exist in official servers". But the fact is that you have no license or agreement with Webzen.

The point stands that the Server which get taken down are mostly being targeted because of the money laundering & tax fraud, not because of copyright infringement

Nobody said otherwise. I think you don't understand the concept of "washing money". It has nothing to do with how you obtained it, but whether you report the income.

Um Ace noch zu ergänzen, es werden nicht mehr Spieler weil 99% der P-Server Spieler .DE absolut verabscheuen :)
